Hi - what a day to start a blog - words cannot express the sadness at the scenes from London. All day hearing phones ring from people wanting to know that their friends and family are OK...knowing that some will hear the news they dreaded. Life is so precious -

Born in Stockholm, moved to New York, Los Angeles, currently in England. Most significant influence on me besides my parents was three months spent with my gran (known as mummi) in Finland. My gran had a living faith in Jesus and loved God. She sang about him, talked to him and he worked in her life. Gran's faith was contagious - she challenged me to trust Him too. Spent four days in England that summer and wanted to stay. At the age of 20 I studied theology near London and now England has been home for years and years. For two foolish years of my life I thought I needed to be trendy and so God was no longer part of my reference point in life. It is embarrassing to think about...many things happened but David Wilkerson's book - Cross and the Switchblade had a big impact on me. With three friends we opened a coffee house in Hollywood and talked about a God who turns peoples lives around. My journey as a christian has taken me all over the world. God's passion for people is great and as a christian you get to be a part of His love.
